1. Professeur de FRANÇAIS TEMPS PLEIN (disponible 08/2024)
Mission:
(Publics : adultes, adolescents, enfants.)
- Enseignement du français dans les locaux de l'Alliance Française ou en extérieur, pour des niveaux répartis entre le A1 et le B2.
- Animation de classes de conversation ou d'ateliers culturels.
Description de poste:
Préparation des cours, création de ressources, didactisation de documents authentiques, suivi pédagogique des étudiants, tâches
administratives liées à la gestion du cours (suivi des présences, évaluation et appréciation…), mutualisation de contenus pédagogiques.
Participation obligatoire aux réunions pédagogiques.
Participation aux activités culturelles de l’Alliance appréciée.
Certifications & compétences requises:
- Être titulaire d’un diplôme du FLE : Master 1 et 2 de préférence.
- Avoir une expérience significative dans l’enseignement du FLE.
- Maîtrise du CECRL.
- Maîtrise des TICE et utilisation du Smart Board en classe de FLE.
- Dynamisme, autonomie, esprit d’équipe et force de proposition.
- Bonne présentation, sens de la diplomatie.
- Expérience à l'étranger ou dans un contexte interculturel.
Type de contrat:
Temps plein dont 20h de cours maximum.

We are hiring for the position of Director.
Candidates are required to:
• Be Macau Residents
• Be native French speakers (or having perfect knowledge of French)
• Have no less than 3 years’ experience in a similar position (educational entity management)
Job Description:
1. Leadership
- Mission and Governance: Define, implement, and monitor the strategic plan of the center in alignment with the Board of Directors and the Foundation Alliance Française.
- Strategic Vision: Balance academic rigor, cultural engagement, and financial autonomy to sustain institutional growth.
- Representation: Act as the legal and diplomatic representative before governmental, educational, and cultural authorities, as well as the French Embassy or Consulate.
- Compliance and Administration: Ensure institutional compliance with local legislation regarding education, employment, taxation, and cultural activities.
- Institutional Reports: Prepare annual academic, financial, and cultural activity reports for the Board, the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Alliance Française Foundation.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain compliance with Label Qualité FLE standards.

Crisis Management: Address unexpected operational or financial challenges.
2. Financial Management
- Accounting and Bookkeeping: Maintain daily accounting records (income, expenditures, payroll, invoices, bank reconciliations) in accordance with local regulations and audit requirements.
- Budget Planning and Forecasting: Prepare, manage, and monitor annual budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and transparent reporting to the Board.

Sponsorship: Develop financial partnerships, manage sponsorships and donors.
3. Administrative Management
- Regulatory Declarations: Handle all administrative paperwork, including rent contracts, business license renewals, and organizational registrations.
- Social and Fiscal Compliance: Manage social contributions, employee insurance, and all tax declarations (corporate, salary, and social security).
- Government Applications: Prepare and submit official applications to Macao authorities (DSF, DSEDJ, IAM, etc.) when required.
- Archiving and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate administrative and legal documentation for audits and inspections.

Facility Administration: Oversee property maintenance, renovations, leases, and compliance with safety and
accessibility standards.
4. Human Resources Management
- Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and manage administrative and teaching staff; coordinate schedules and contracts.

Team Development: Foster a positive work environment, encouraging collaboration and innovation.
5. Pedagogical Management
- Program Development: Design, implement, and evaluate French language programs following CEFR standards.
- Teaching Activities: Conduct regular French classes at appropriate levels, demonstrating innovative pedagogy and modeling best practices for the teaching team.
- Teacher Support and Supervision: Recruit, mentor, and evaluate teachers; ensure academic quality assurance.

Learner Assessment: Oversee placement testing, assessment tools, and certification preparation (DELF, DALF, TCF).
6. Cultural Management
- Event Coordination: Plan and implement cultural events (e.g., Bastille Day, film screenings, concerts, lectures, exhibitions) promoting French and Francophone culture.

Institutional Networking: Build and sustain partnerships with local institutions, cultural organizations, and
sponsors.
7. Marketing and Digital Design
- Campaign Design: Conceive, design, and execute marketing campaigns promoting language courses and cultural programs, including graphic and visual production.
- Brand Strategy: Ensure consistent institutional branding across digital and print materials following the Alliance Française identity guidelines.
- Digital Communication: Manage all official communication channels, including website, social media, and public relations.

Market Analysis: Track enrolment trends to inform data-driven marketing strategies. Use quantitative and qualitative data
to measure program success.
8. IT Operations
- Website Management: Maintain and update the institutional website (news, courses, registration forms, events), ensuring content accuracy and SEO optimization.
- Learning Management System (LMS): Administer the school management system (Oncord), including course creation and teacher schedule.
- CRM Administration: Manage the Customer Relationship Management system, ensuring accurate data entry, segmentation, and maintenance.
